The eggplant/tomato picture - were they growing off the same plant? Even outside of that, that's some scary stuff growing. The sunflower with multiple blossoms might have been the only thing beautiful generated, but how it came about was quite ugly. :/ So afraid to see what will be happening to the people living in Japan and the birth defects, cancers and diseases that still haven't gained publicity yet.
Mutations happen everywhere, radiation or no radiation. Germany had a sunflower growing 8m tall a few years back. The tomatoes are just normal tomatoes which seeds are sprouting (ever wondered why all the seeds are there?). This is just a sad way to make money.

A grand total of one of these are anything other than totally normal and seen on farms the world over, and that's the watermelon. I grew up on an organic farm and still garden today, people who are horrified by these things are simply used to the homogenized produce that ends up in supermarkets after all of these would be thrown away even though they taste fine and are perfectly healthful for you. Eggplant quite regularly grow in this multifingered form, sometimes it's from an insect attacking the plant when it was just growing the fruit, sometimes it just happens randomly. All of the broad stemmed plants, the lily and yellow flowered plant (Mullein) were attacked by a stem borer. An insect that lays its egg in a stem to eat the plant as it grows the plant with grow very wide as the stem tries to grow around and is eaten. The first flower on the page is a Zinnia, out of a field about 25% will be twinned like that, it's just how they are. The first "tomato" is actually a persimmon. Normal fruit, again probably bitten by an insect when unripe. All of the potatoes? Completely normal, go to your local county fair and you'll see the same things. Especially the sweet potatoes, they grow in all kinds of strange shapes. The pink and white flower is an Azalea, seen flowers like that on them many times before. Though it could have had the stem split and been placed one side in plain water, one in red food coloring. The squash with flowers or leaves sprouting off one side? Again, response to an insect or the fruit getting cut when it was small and healing over. The tomato and eggplant? I'm guessing they're trying to say they were growing from the same plant. They don't show that being the case in the photo and the stem and leaves visible are tomato, the eggplant is doubtless growing behind a tomato plant. This is kind of sickening to take normal things and try to sensationalize them when people are actually suffering and sick. For shame.
