Everything is energy—including us. When our internal energy system gets thrown off, it can show up as negative emotions, low mood, or even physical symptoms.

Energy medicine focuses on restoring balance to the energy fields in and around the body—what many traditions call chi or prana. When that flow is steady, everything feels different mentally, emotionally, and physically.

With everything going on in the world right now, it’s easy to feel off-center. Constant noise, fear, and information overload can quietly drain you. I’ve felt it myself lately—especially a heaviness that isn’t my normal state. So I’m making a shift and getting more intentional about simple practices that help me reset and function better.
