The Globalist Agenda: Climate Change as a Vehicle for Centralized Economic Control

In a recent article published by Birch Gold Group and written by Brandon Smith, the author highlights the convergence of narratives surrounding climate change, international finance, and monetary authority. The article discusses a summit held in Paris, where government leaders and influential figures from around the world gathered to address financial solutions for tackling poverty and curbing planet-heating emissions. However, Smith suggests that the underlying motive behind these discussions is the centralization of power and the formation of a global consortium, using climate change as a catalyst for giving global banks more control over wealth circulation and reshaping the existing economic system.

The author critiques the notion that weather disasters intensified by global warming are causing ongoing destabilization of financial systems, stating that there is no concrete evidence linking carbon emissions to specific weather phenomena. Smith argues that the climate change agenda is being used to promote the "Great Reset," a plan that advocates for transforming institutions and giving international financial organizations like the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) a greater role in addressing climate dangers.

The article delves into proposals such as wealth/emissions taxes, fossil fuel profit taxation, and carbon taxation on shipping, which the author views as mechanisms to inflate prices and reduce consumption. Smith suggests that these disjointed plans ultimately serve a larger agenda: the establishment of a fully centralized global economic system controlled by institutions such as the IMF, BIS, World Bank, and the UN. Such a system would allow these organizations to dictate wealth redistribution, reward compliant nations, and punish those who do not conform.

French President Emmanuel Macron told delegates at the Paris summit that “the world needs a public finance shock” to fight global warming while also creating “equity” for less wealthy nations. He also argued that the current system was not well suited to address the world’s challenges.

Smith speculates that this push for centralization may culminate in a currency crisis, paving the way for the introduction of Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs). The author expresses concerns about the implications of a cashless society, where transactions lack privacy and individual purchasing power can be easily controlled, potentially leading to a totalitarian scenario.

Highlighting the fear-generating aspect of climate change propaganda, the author argues that public apprehension serves the interests of those seeking financial dominance. Smith suggests that systemic changes being proposed, such as national wealth taxation, the IMF and World Bank as global mediators, the use of IMF's SDR basket as a global currency umbrella, and the introduction of CBDCs, have little to do with addressing climate change and everything to do with consolidating power and diminishing freedom and prosperity.

In conclusion, the article asserts that the elites' call for a "financial shock" and global taxation under the guise of equality are part of a larger agenda to throttle the existing system, promote centralization, and pursue global governance rather than genuinely addressing climate change concerns.

United Nations Seeks Vast New Powers for Global Emergencies

Authored by Steve Watson via Summit News,

The UN is set to outline a far reaching plan to secure emergency powers that would allow the global body to lead a “common agenda” for all nations during any “complex global shocks” such as a new pandemic.

The Federalist reports that the plan is to be finalised at a September 2024 ‘Summit of the Future,’ where the UN will adopt a ‘Pact for the Future,’ to include policies that have been outlined in the globalist body’s ‘Our Common Agenda‘ report.

One such policy is an “emergency platform” during any events that have a global impact that would provide the UN the authority to “actively promote and drive an international response that places the principles of equity and solidarity at the center of its work.”

The paper gives several examples of what could trigger the emergency authority, including “major climatic event,” “future pandemic risks,” a “global digital connectivity disruption,” “major event in outer space,” and generic “unforeseen risks, (‘black swan’ events).”

It goes on to suggest that the UN would have the power to oversee the “stakeholders” of the world, including academics, governments, private sector actors, and “international financial institutions” to ensure there is a unified, global response to whatever crisis is declared.

The paper further suggests that such authority would “Ensure that all participating actors make commitments that can contribute meaningfully to the response and that they are held to account for delivery on those commitments.”

It also states that while the emergency authority would have an initial finite lifespan, the UN would be able to extend it indefinitely if it saw fit to do so.

The Federalist report notes that the Biden Administration has backed the proposal on multiple occasions, prompting reporter Justin Haskins to warn that “If the emergency platform is approved, the United States as we know it could cease to exist.”

Get Ready! Senators Given Satellite Phones for “Disruptive Event” That Will Take Out Communications

Amid growing concerns of security risks to members of Congress, more than 50 senators have been issued satellite phones for emergency communication, people familiar with the measures told CBS News.

In testimony before the Senate Appropriations Committee last month, Senate Sergeant at Arms Karen Gibson said satellite communication is being deployed "to ensure a redundant and secure means of communication during a disruptive event."

Gibson said the phones are a security backstop in the case of an emergency that "takes out communications" in part of America. Federal funding will pay for the satellite airtime needed to utilize the phone devices. More here: https://www.cbsnews.com/news/senators...

One of my own Facebook friends sent me this screenshot that ties certain events together so I'm sharing just in case some kind of false flag operation comes to fruition. I do believe that we will witness the take down of the internet at some point in the near future and in order to get it back up and running again, it would have to be under full governmental control. Eat Your Vaccines: mRNA Gene Therapy Is Coming to the Food Supply THIS MONTH

They've given up on a needle in every arm. Now they're coming for what you eat.

According to a tweet posted by attorney Thomas Renz on April 1st, “lobbyists for the cattleman and pork associations in several states have CONFIRMED they WILL be using mRNA vaccines in pigs and cows THIS MONTH.” Bill Gates, the World Health Organization and many universities have been talking about modifying the genes of foods to make them mRNA vaccines. Missouri HB1169 seeks to require food producers to label any foods that have any “gene therapy qualities”; food producers with products that contain “gene therapy qualities” would be required to disclose whether it can be spread and/or cause shedding; and the bill requires informed consent prior to being given anything with the gene therapy or medicinal property.

Bombshell: Some 9/11 Hijackers Were CIA Agents, Declassified Court Filing Suggests

Investigators believe the CIA used Saudi Arabia as a go-between to recruit the two hijackers' in order to circumvent laws forbidding the Agency from conducting spy operations on U.S. soiA declassified court filing has appeared to confirm what Infowars has long ago reported: the 9/11 attacks were perpetrated in part by U.S. government assets.

court filing from the Guantanamo Military Commission, the court considering the cases of defendants accused of carrying out the terrorist attacks in New York on September 11, 2001, reveal that the CIA was closely monitoring two of the hijackers, and may have even recruited them before they flew planes into the World Trade Center buildings.

The filing was originally published in July 2021 but was heavily redacted. Now a “unexpurgated” copy has been provided by independent researchers, according to RT’s Felix Livshitz.

The document details DEA veteran Don Canestraro’s investigation of potential Saudi government involvement in the 9/11 attacks, conducted at the request of the defendants’ lawyers.

Canesraro and numerous FBI agents in the investigation appear to conclude that the CIA obstructed official investigations ostensibly to conceal its infiltration of Al Qaeda.

From RT:

Of the great many enduring mysteries of the 9/11 attacks still unresolved over two decades later, perhaps the biggest and gravest relate to the activities of Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar in the 18 months leading up to that fateful day. The pair traveled to the US on multi-entry visas in January 2000, despite having repeatedly been flagged by the CIA and NSA previously as likely Al Qaeda terrorists.

Mere days before their arrival, they attended an Al Qaeda summit in Kuala Lumpur, during which key details of the 9/11 attacks are likely to have been discussed and agreed. The meeting was secretly photographed and videotaped by Malaysian authorities at the direct request of the CIA’s Alec Station, a special unit set up to track Osama bin Laden, although oddly, no audio was captured.

Still, this background should’ve been sufficient to prevent Hazmi and Midhar from entering the US – or at least enough for the FBI to be informed of their presence in the country. As it was, they were admitted for a six-month period at Los Angeles International airport without incident, and Bureau representatives within Alec Station were blocked from sharing this information with their superiors by the CIA.

When a member of the CIA’s Alex Station suggested informing the FBI about the two hijackers obtaining visas to the U.S., he was shut down.

“We’ve got to tell the Bureau about this. These guys clearly are bad. One of them, at least, has a multiple-entry visa to the US. We’ve got to tell the FBI,” Mark Rossini, a member of Alec Station, recalled telling his colleagues. “[But the CIA] said to me, ‘No, it’s not the FBI’s case, not the FBI’s jurisdiction.’”

The FBI agents in the files claimed the CIA also concealed information from the bureau about the two hijackers’ main U.S. contact, Omar al-Bayoumi, who was under FBI investigation.

Additionally, they believe the CIA used Saudi Arabia as a go-between to recruit the two hijackers’ in order to circumvent laws forbidding the Agency from conducting spy operations on U.S. soil.

Though the lead investigator Canestraro doesn’t assert the reason behind the CIA’s decision to withhold information from the FBI that could have prevented the 9/11 attacks, the nature of the CIA’s clandestine Alec Station suggests nefarious motives.

“Canestraro does not make any conclusions as to why the CIA concealed vital information from the FBI prior to the attacks, which potentially could have prevented their execution, and why the Bureau subsequently played along with the Agency’s coverup. Although one answer is provided by the unusual nature of Alec Station’s setup,” Livshitz wrote.

“Namely, that far from infiltrating an Al Qaeda cell to avert terrorism, the Agency was seeking to influence and direct its activities in order to cause terrorism, outside standard recruitment channels. Having stumbled upon such a monstrous connivance, the FBI would’ve known well to leave the entire subject well alone.”

Now that the public is familiar with the intelligence community’s antics to overthrow a sitting U.S. president, the notion the CIA could bear some responsibility for the 9/11 attacks seems within the realm of possibility.

After all, the U.S. government has a storied history of perpetrating false flag operations against the American people.

The Secret Plan to Kill Crypto and Launch FedNow CBDC

Fed Announces Launch Of 'FedNow' Real-Time TRACKING Payments. Will a CBDC Soon Follow?

The Federal Reserve has announced a timeline for the launch of its long-awaited FedNow payment service that will let banks offer customers instantly available funds and execute real-time payments, with critics flagging concerns like lack of cross-border payment processing and raising questions about surveillance.

The Fed announced on Wednesday that it will begin formal certification of participants in the FedNow system in April in anticipation of a July launch.

First announced in 2019, FedNow will allow banks to instantly transfer payments across the financial system.

“With the launch drawing near, we urge financial institutions and their industry partners to move full steam ahead with preparations to join the FedNow Service,” Ken Montgomery, first vice president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and FedNow program executive, said in a statement.

As banks and other financial institutions join the program, this will create a growing network with clearing and settlement features that lets businesses and individuals send and receive instant payments at any time of day.

Recipients using the system will have full access to funds immediately, making it easier to make time-sensitive payments.

Some analysts have said that FedNow could reduce demand for payday loans because customers who use the system would receive their pay immediately, without having to wait for checks to clear.

“The launch reflects an important milestone in the journey to help financial institutions serve customer needs for instant payments to better support nearly every aspect of our economy,” Tom Barkin, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and the FedNow Program’s executive sponsor, said in a statement.

The system will have the capacity to support various types of transactions: consumer-to-consumer, consumer-to-merchant, merchant-to-merchant, and bank-to-bank.

Fed governor Michelle Bowman said last year that FedNow could offer some of the same benefits as a central bank digital currency (CBDC) and thus weakening the case for the adoption of a CBDC, which is, anyway, years away in the United States.

During congressional testimony in early March, Fed chair Jerome Powell was asked by a lawmaker whether there’s an advantage to the FedNow payment system over a CBDC or stablecoins that also tout faster payment services.

“A CBDC is going to be years in evaluation,” Powell replied.

“And I think we can get this into the hands of the public very quickly, and we’ll have real-time payments in this country very very soon.”

FedNow “will enable all the banks—any bank in the United States, not just the big ones—to offer instantly available funds and real-time payments to their customers,” Powell said before the House Financial Services Committee on March 8. “That’s a great thing.”

A similar private-sector payment system that offers instant settlement features like FedNow has been around since 2017.

Reactions

The Fed’s announcement of a timeline for the launch was met with mixed reactions. Some sought to draw equivalence between FedNow and a CBDC.

“Right on schedule. Here is your CBDC launch,” Lawrence Lepard, investment manager at Equity Management Associates, stated in a tweet.

Scott Santens, author of the book “Let There Be Money,” disputed this characterization, arguing in a series of tweets that FedNow doesn’t have any smart contract ability and is not equivalent to a digital dollar.

“FedNow implementation is one of the arguments against launching a CBDC. It’s so not a CBDC that it actually reduces the odds of starting a CBDC,” he wrote on Twitter.

“If conspiracy theorists who are afraid of CBDC had any sense at all, they’d argue that FedNow obviates the need for a CBDC. They’d welcome FedNow as an alternative that already exists, so don’t do a CBDC. But they have no sense,” Santens added.

Jordan Schachtel, publisher of The Dossier on Substack, raised concerns about surveillance.

“FedNow appears to be a prototype CBDC,” he stated in a tweet. “While instant, 24/7 payments seems good, there’s implications to leaning into credit-based system. FedNow can quickly transform to a surveillance system.”

“Does FedNow have AI or human circuit breaker managing it? FedNow is a giant red flag,” he added.

According to a review of FedNow by PYMNTS, the new platform might, over time, incorporate anti-fraud features that “could provide the ability to fine-tune controls for different types of customers and screen non-value messages, such as requests to send payments to potential bad actors.”

“Other updates under consideration would leverage the FedNow Service network to monitor for aggregated concentrations of inbound and outbound activity (a sign of potential mule activity) and use machine learning to score transactions,” PYMNTS noted.

The Fed said in its announcement that the service will launch with a “robust set of core clearing and settlement functionality and value-added features” and that that enhancements would be added in future releases including ones related to “safety, resiliency and innovation.”

Matt Stoller, director of research at the American Economic Liberties Project, welcomed FedNow as a better alternative to currently used payment systems.

“The administration needs to push the Fed to get FedNow working ASAP. It’s just ridiculous the U.S. payments system is so corrupt and expensive, versus the fast and efficient systems of almost everywhere else,” he wrote in a tweet.

Payment systems used in the United States face criticism for lack of interoperability, high transactions fees, and slow processing times, which in some cases can take several days.

Rina Wulfing, policy and campaign manager for London-based cross-border payments company Wise, said that a shortcoming of the FedNow system is that it doesn’t include nonbanks and cross-border payments.

“Unfortunately, the current framework does not address the other most pressing issues in the U.S. payments system,” Wulfing wrote in a recent op-ed. “By not including nonbanks and cross-border payments, FedNow puts itself at risk for success and doesn’t take into account the needs of U.S. consumers. ”

CDBC Controversy

Controversy has surrounded the adoption of CBDCs, with House Republicans warning of the risk that they could amount to an “authoritarian-style” and “surveillance-style” digital dollar.

House Republicans recently introduced the CBDC Anti-Surveillance State Act that would restrict the “unelected bureaucrats” from establishing and issuing a CBDC that they say would threaten the financial privacy of the American people.

“Any digital version of the dollar must uphold our American values of privacy, individual sovereignty, and free-market competitiveness,” said House Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-Minn.) in a statement.

“Anything less opens the door to the development of a dangerous surveillance tool.”

Rep. Warren Davidson (R-Ohio) argued that the Fed must concentrate on its dual mandate—price stability and maximum employment—instead of “eradicating financial autonomy.”

“A retail CBDC would essentially allow the government to mediate all transactions, which would mirror what we see in China. It’s vital to ensure this does not happen here,” Davidson said in a statement.

Owning the Weather

Via J Wilderness:

Why is the long desire to "own the weather" never a topic discussed in the context of "climate change?"

The image thumbnail used for this video was a recent image taken from Egypt who have taken a hit due to the recent weather catastrophe in Turkey. There were lots of discussions after the events in Turkey as to the nature of the weather events and whether there was any manipulation going on. I think we’re at a stage where these questions shouldn’t be left to the fringes of the “conspiracy” world, and this video is an attempt to aid that process and to demystify a lot of the conspiracy elements of this topic. As you will see, and as many of you already know, the desire to “own the weather” has been going on for a long time, and we can point to patents and efforts going back to the early 1900’s for techniques to manipulate the weather (see sources).

It’s ironic that at a time where virtue signaling is rife about the need to “combat climate change” that the mainstream entirely ignores and objects to any discussion about techniques that have been in place for many decades to manipulate and direct weather patterns, with an acknowledgement that those techniques can in turn have negative consequences. So we have to ask the question - That, if we are seeing any form of significant “climate change”, what has a bigger impact - Jonny up the road running his tractor to help feed a local community, or Mr. Stein over there in Silicon Valley remotely operating an ionospheric heating device?

The bigger point being, if the powers that be already “own the weather”, or are close to it, then presumably they have more than enough of an ability to artificially create the “climate change” that they so seek to use as the excuse to get us into our 15 minute 5G smart city apartments.

I believe therein lies the answer as to why it’s not a topic that can be acknowledged or discussed in the context of “climate change”. I also believe that in order to “build back better” a lot has to be destroyed first, and given that “climate change” is the premise which is required to cement in order to justify the pre-planned solutions it seems obvious to me that, unfortunately, we may continue to see an increase in severe weather events.
