On Wednesday, a Federal Appeals Court threw out a lawsuit that would have prevented the US government from indefinitely detaining American citizens suspected of having terrorist ties. The National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 gives President Obama the authority to arrest innocent citizens without due process, but what does the judge's decision mean for civil liberties in the US?
