I’d personally suggest using high quality white and apple cider vinegar like Heinz’s when trying the below methods. (Example : A cup of Heinz Apple Cider has 34 calories, no fat, 1.4mg of iron, and 240mg of potassium) The difference is that white vinegar is made from acetous fermentation of alcohol and apple cider vinegar is made from cider or apple must.
